A concrete technological contribution to the decarbonization of aviation
For more than 15 years, Aries Industries has been developing metal forming technologies that significantly reduce the use of raw materials and energy required to manufacture aerospace components for aircraft, helicopters, and rockets. Hot Forming (HF), Hot Stretching (HSF), and Linear Friction Welding (LFW) processes are effective alternatives to traditional solutions. They enable the production of semi-finished parts that are much closer to their final geometry, drastically reducing the volumes of titanium used and significantly decreasing machining times and operations. These gains translate directly into a significant reduction in CO2 emissions, a decisive advantage in a context where titanium ore processing and machining represent major energy costs.
Our commitment is not limited to innovation: it is also reflected in recognized certifications and labels. Aries Industries has been ISO 14001 certified since 2014, ACB obtained the EcoVadis Silver label in 2024, and Aries Industries obtained the Bronze label in 2025, proof of the soundness of our environmental and ethical practices. We are committed to continuing to make progress each year on all the topics evaluated, in order to constantly strengthen our responsible performance.
