Our technical support offering is tailored to your needs and provides you with quick and effective answers to your questions from our experts. We always recommend starting with remote support. In this context, and for greater efficiency, we can provide you with a remote diagnostic box that is secure, easy, and quick to install. This allows us to resolve approximately 80% of support requests within a few hours. For more complex situations, our teams will be called upon to intervene on site to carry out a more in-depth analysis and propose a solution as quickly as possible. This combined approach maximizes the uptime of your machines.
Spare parts: reduce your machine downtime
Each machine is delivered with comprehensive documentation, including a recommended spare parts list. We advise maintaining a minimum stock of critical components to reduce downtime caused by parts with long delivery times and to optimize your maintenance teams’ efficiency. The spare parts list can be regularly updated to address potential obsolescence, offering approved alternatives from our design office. This ensures you always work with original components or substitutes validated by ACB, giving you complete confidence in the quality and reliability of your equipment.
Preventive maintenance and service contract: ensure the operational continuity of your equipment
Your maintenance teams are likely capable of performing all preventive maintenance operations outlined in the technical documentation provided with our machines. However, entrusting ACB with preventive maintenance at least once a year, either entirely or in support of your teams, allows us to stay closely connected to your equipment. This enables us to suggest operational or maintenance improvements and detect minor issues early, preventing them from developing into more serious breakdowns. These preventive maintenance services are often included in our service contracts, which can also feature training (to reinforce best practices in operation and maintenance), a set number of hours of remote assistance, fixed service rates throughout the contract period, and priority handling of your requests. Together, these measures help you maximize equipment availability while controlling costs. Each contract is fully tailored to your specific needs.
Corrective maintenance: diagnose and intervene effectively to resume production as quickly as possible
Breakdowns can have multiple causes, such as inadequate maintenance, accidents, or component failure. Our teams know your machines inside out and are best positioned to quickly identify the root cause. Depending on the situation, they will either implement a permanent solution that eliminates the risk of recurrence or provide a temporary repair that allows production to resume while awaiting a permanent fix.
