As a quality engineer, my job involves working at the intersection of many different fields. I am responsible for monitoring subcontractors, performing final inspections, and participating in new projects, which allows me to work on a variety of topics. What I particularly appreciate is being in constant interaction with the production, purchasing, and methods departments. This diversity of tasks makes my daily work stimulating and allows me to actively contribute to the continuous improvement and quality of the products delivered to our customers.

After several years of dead-end jobs in retail, I needed to regain pride in my work and change my horizons. Aries decided to give me a chance and provided me with professional training to learn a new trade and discover the aerospace industry!
What I like about being a fitter is performing a variety of tasks with precision and team spirit.
Today, I am proud to have proven to myself that I could step outside my comfort zone, proud to be working on future aircraft parts, and delighted to have joined the French industry within a growing, family-owned company.

I take charge of each customer requirement to describe a machine, its performance, and budget, then I support my colleagues in its implementation to transform this requirement into customer satisfaction.
It's a very stimulating job, working closely with customers and the market, using unique, cutting-edge technologies, where needs are transformed into concrete solutions.
Today, I am proud to be part of a company with a strong customer culture and a real commitment from the teams, both in the projects entrusted to us and in the difficulties we encounter.

I have been working at Aries Manufacturing in Nantes for over 11 years. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to progress through several positions: I started as a forming operator for two years, then continued as an assembly operator for five years.
I then held the position of quality control team leader for three years, before becoming an island supervisor.
For the past nine months, I have been working as a tooling island manager.
What motivates me on a daily basis is the diversity of my tasks, the constant development of my skills, and the trust that the company has placed in me throughout my career.

I joined Aries Manufacturing five months ago as a Sales Administrator.
This is my first experience in the industrial sector. Previously, I held various customer service–oriented positions, particularly in tourism, events, hospitality, and the wine industry.
