Join a people-focused, cutting-edge engineering company

At Aries Industries, it’s the people who make the difference. Every day, our passionate employees put their expertise to work on unique and ambitious projects. They work on complex R&D programs in partnership with research laboratories, develop parts using Hot Forming or Superplastic Forming, and are involved in Linear Friction Welding (LFW), a cutting-edge technology that only two companies in the world have mastered.

Our teams work for many major players in the aerospace industry, such as Airbus, Boeing, and Safran, and on international projects spanning every continent. This diversity of missions and clients requires rigor, innovation, and expertise, and allows everyone to take on exceptional technical challenges while contributing to cutting-edge industrial solutions.

Our ambition is to enable everyone to flourish, both professionally and personally. That’s why, every day, we ensure that our employees feel valued and supported through a number of concrete initiatives: internal events, corporate gifts, social occasions such as attending FC Nantes matches, and a warm welcome for new arrivals. For comfort and well-being, our teams have Melchior connected refrigerators for lunch, a break room, and bike racks equipped to repair bikes if necessary. In addition, there are employee benefits such as bike and fuel allowances, meal vouchers, profit-sharing and incentive plans, etc.

Joining Aries Industries means working in a demanding environment where learning and pushing yourself to excel are at the heart of our culture, while enjoying a stimulating atmosphere and concrete actions to promote well-being at work. Each employee contributes directly to the collective success and the achievement of ambitious projects, while working in a company where quality of life and team spirit are as important as performance.

Discover the unique journeys and inspiring daily lives of those who shape Aries Industries.

As a quality engineer, my job involves working at the intersection of many different fields. I am responsible for monitoring subcontractors, performing final inspections, and participating in new projects, which allows me to work on a variety of topics. What I particularly appreciate is being in constant interaction with the production, purchasing, and methods departments. This diversity of tasks makes my daily work stimulating and allows me to actively contribute to the continuous improvement and quality of the products delivered to our customers.

Mehdi

Quality Engineer

After several years of dead-end jobs in retail, I needed to regain pride in my work and change my horizons. Aries decided to give me a chance and provided me with professional training to learn a new trade and discover the aerospace industry!
What I like about being a fitter is performing a variety of tasks with precision and team spirit.
Today, I am proud to have proven to myself that I could step outside my comfort zone, proud to be working on future aircraft parts, and delighted to have joined the French industry within a growing, family-owned company.

Kévin

Fitter

My time is divided between designing machines that meet customer needs and developing them to ensure continuous innovation.
I take charge of each customer requirement to describe a machine, its performance, and budget, then I support my colleagues in its implementation to transform this requirement into customer satisfaction.
It's a very stimulating job, working closely with customers and the market, using unique, cutting-edge technologies, where needs are transformed into concrete solutions.
Today, I am proud to be part of a company with a strong customer culture and a real commitment from the teams, both in the projects entrusted to us and in the difficulties we encounter.
It makes everyday life easier and decidedly optimistic.

Thomas

Product Engineer

I joined ACB as an intern and am now a permanent HSE coordinator. What I like about my day-to-day work is that I never have time to get bored. My tasks are very varied and I can count on my colleagues to support me in carrying out my projects.

Orlane

HSE Coordinator

I have been working at Aries Manufacturing in Nantes for over 11 years. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to progress through several positions: I started as a forming operator for two years, then continued as an assembly operator for five years.
I then held the position of quality control team leader for three years, before becoming an island supervisor.
For the past nine months, I have been working as a tooling island manager.
What motivates me on a daily basis is the diversity of my tasks, the constant development of my skills, and the trust that the company has placed in me throughout my career.

William

Tooling Cell Leader

I joined Aries Manufacturing five months ago as a Sales Administrator.
This is my first experience in the industrial sector. Previously, I held various customer service–oriented positions, particularly in tourism, events, hospitality, and the wine industry.
Joining Aries represents a real turning point in my professional career. There is a significant amount of information to absorb, but I can rely on the support and availability of my colleagues to answer all my questions.
It is especially stimulating to grow within a stable and rapidly expanding company.

Fanny
