Definitions
Aries Industries: the website administrator
Client : Any professional or natural person with legal capacity as defined in Articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Website covered by these Terms and Conditions.
Products and Services: Aries Industries provides the following to the Customer.

Customer Information: Hereinafter referred to as “Information(s),” which refers to all personal data that Aries Industries may hold for the purposes of customer relationship management, analysis, and statistics.

Personal information: “Information that, in any form whatsoever, directly or indirectly, allows for the identification of the natural persons to whom it relates” (Article 4 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

2. General Terms and Conditions of Use for the Website and the Services Offered
The Website constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and applicable international regulations. The Customer may not, under any circumstances, reuse, transfer, or exploit for their own benefit all or part of the elements or works contained on the Website.
Use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use are subject to change or amendment at any time; users of the Website are therefore encouraged to review them regularly.
This Site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, Aries Industries may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance purposes and will endeavor to notify users in advance of the dates and times of such maintenance. The Site is updated regularly by Aries Industries. Similarly, the legal notices may be modified at any time; they are nevertheless binding on the User, who is encouraged to review them as often as possible to stay informed.
3. Description of Services Provided
The purpose of the Site is to provide information regarding all of Aries Industries’ activities, and it strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, Aries Industries cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, or failures to update information, whether caused by Aries Industries itself or by third-party partners who provide such information.
All information provided on the Website is for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on the Website is not exhaustive. It is subject to changes that may have been made since it was posted online.
4. Contractual restrictions on technical data
The Site uses JavaScript technology. The Site shall not be held liable for any property damage resulting from the use of the Site. Furthermore, the Site User agrees to access the Site using up-to-date hardware that is free of viruses and a latest-generation, up-to-date web browser. The Site is hosted by a service provider within the European Union in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
The goal is to provide a service that ensures the highest possible level of accessibility. The Hosting Provider ensures the continuity of its service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. It nevertheless reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible periods, particularly for maintenance purposes, to improve its infrastructure, in the event of infrastructure failure, or if the Services generate traffic deemed abnormal.
Aries Industries and the Hosting Provider shall not be held liable in the event of malfunctions in the Internet network, telephone lines, or computer and telephone equipment, particularly those related to network congestion preventing access to the server.
5. Intellectual Property and Infringement
Aries Industries owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights to use all elements accessible on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, and sounds. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the Site’s elements, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of Aries Industries.
Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of the elements it contains will be considered an act of infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitations of Liability
Aries Industries acts as the Site Publisher. It is responsible for the quality and accuracy of the Content it publishes.
Aries Industries shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the User’s equipment while accessing the Site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set forth in Section 4 or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.
Aries Industries shall also not be held liable for indirect damages (such as, for example, loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site. Interactive features (such as the ability to search for information by entering keywords in the “search” field) are available to users. Aries Industries reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this section that violates applicable French law, particularly provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, Aries Industries also reserves the right to hold the User civilly and/or criminally liable, particularly in the event of messages of a racist, abusive, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).
7. Management of Personal Data
The Customer is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communications, the Law of June 21, 2014 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
7.1 Parties Responsible for Collecting Personal Data
For Personal Data collected in connection with browsing the Site and submitting an information request via the “Contact Us” section, the data controller is: ACB, represented by Aries Industries, its legal representative [LM1.1].
As the data controller for the data it collects, ACB undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. It is ACB’s responsibility to establish the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and customers—based on their consent—with complete information regarding the processing of the Customer’s Personal Data, and to maintain a record of processing activities that accurately reflects reality. Whenever ACB processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data in light of the purposes for which it processes it.
7.2 Purpose of the Collected Data
ACB or Aries Industries may process all or part of the data:
- to enable navigation on the Site and to process information requests submitted via the contact form: last name, first name, email address, phone number, company, subject and content of the message, Site usage data.
- to improve navigation on the Site: usage data
- to conduct optional satisfaction surveys on the Site: email address

Aries Industries does not sell your Personal Data, which is therefore used only as necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.
7.3 Right of Access, Rectification, and Objection
In accordance with applicable European regulations, Users of the Site have the following rights:
- the right to access (Article 15 of the GDPR) and to rectify (Article 16 of the GDPR), update, and complete Users’ data; the right to restrict processing or erase Users’ personal data (Article 17 of the GDPR), when such data is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, or whose collection, use, disclosure, or retention is prohibited
- the right to withdraw consent at any time (Article 13(2)(c) of the GDPR)
- the right to restrict the processing of Users’ data (Article 18 of the GDPR)
- the right to object to the processing of Users’ data (Article 21 of the GDPR)
- the right to data portability for data provided by Users, when such data is subject to automated processing based on their consent or on a contract (Article 20 of the GDPR)
- the right to determine the fate of Users’ data after their death and to choose to whom Aries Industries must (or must not) disclose their data to a third party they have previously designated
As soon as Aries Industries becomes aware of a User’s death and in the absence of instructions from the User, Aries Industries undertakes to destroy the User’s data, unless retaining it is necessary for evidentiary purposes or to comply with a legal obligation.
If a User wishes to know how Aries Industries uses their Personal Data, requests that it be corrected, or objects to its processing, the User may contact Aries Industries in writing at the following address:

In this case, the User must specify the Personal Data that they would like Aries Industries to correct, update, or delete, and must provide proof of identity by submitting a copy of a valid ID (identity card or passport).
Requests to delete Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on Aries Industries by law, particularly with regard to the retention or archiving of documents. Finally, Users of the Site may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities, including the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).
7.4 Non-Disclosure of Personal Data
Aries Industries shall not process, host, or transfer the information collected about its customers to a country outside the European Union or recognized as “inadequate” by the European Commission without first informing the customer. However, Aries Industries retains the freedom to choose its technical and commercial processors, provided that they offer sufficient safeguards in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).
Aries Industries undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the Information and, in particular, to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorized persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s Information is brought to Aries Industries’ attention, Aries Industries must inform the Customer as soon as possible and notify the Customer of the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, Aries Industries does not collect any “sensitive data.”
The User’s Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of Aries Industries and subcontractors (service providers), solely for the purposes set forth in this policy.
Within the scope of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes outlined above, the main individuals likely to have access to Aries Industries Users’ data are primarily our customer service representatives.
8. Incident Report
No matter how much effort is made, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach, we will notify the affected users so they can take appropriate measures. Our incident notification procedures take into account our legal obligations, whether at the national or European level. We are committed to fully informing our Clients of all matters relating to the security of their accounts and to providing them with all the information necessary to help them comply with their own regulatory reporting obligations.
No personal information belonging to a User of the Site is published without the User’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold in any form to third parties. Only in the event of a takeover of Aries Industries and its rights would the transmission of such information to the potential acquirer be permitted; the acquirer would, in turn, be bound by the same obligation to preserve and modify data with respect to the Website User.
9. Safety
To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data collected via the contact form, the Site uses the HTTPS protocol to encrypt data in transit. Access to the transmitted data is strictly limited to Aries Industries employees authorized to process incoming requests.
When processing this Personal Data, Aries Industries takes all reasonable measures to protect it against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
